In 2004, Tianjin Musical Instrument Factory and Tianjin Huayun Musical Instrument (Group) Co.,Ltdd., invested 60 million Yuan to establish the Tianjin Parrot Musical Instrument Co.,Ltd. after being approved by the People`s Government of Tianjin Municipality. With the development, the company introduced the advanced international technology and equipments and consequently the registered capital has grown into 28 million Yuan from the original 5 million Yuan, the total fixed assets has risen to 60 million Yuan from 14 million Yuan, and the coverage area has expanded into 48,000 M2 from the original 24,000 square meters and the construction area also are broadened to 36,000 M2 from 18,000 M2.Then our products have both the features and advantages of the two famous brands : Yayue and Parrot. The products range has also been expanded with accordions as the core products and brass-wind instruments, jazz drums, snare drums as well as Yayue brand harmoniums included. Tianjin Parrot Musical Instrument Co.,Ltd. has grown into an integrative enterprise incorporating with production, research & development and sales. 　

Established in 1952,Tianjin Musical Instrument Factory is the earliest accordion manufacturer in China. With 50 years of development, now it has become the largest domestic accordion producer with annual turnout about 45,000 accordion of "Parrot" brand, which have been sold to over 70 states and areas with annual sale volume over 70,000,000 yuan, and foreign exchanges about 2,500,000 dollars, which result in its production and sales volume listing in the domestic top position.

Parrot brand was awarded with silver medal in 1979 and golden medal in 1984. In 1983, accordion of new structure was awarded with national progress "golden dragon" prize. Now, accordion of Parrot brand has become one recommended product by China Musical Instrument Association.With the hard working effort of its technicians, now the production has formed relative scale and developed toward series direction. For example, bourdon accordion has two types: type 106K 120B and 46K 120B, with annual production about 10 to 15 and unit price about 30,000 Yuan to meet the needs of professionals .

Tianjin Huayun Musical Instruments (Group) Co.,Ltd. is equipped with outstanding technical strength and complete equipments and has imported the grinders specially for reeds from Italy and musical tuning detection devices from Japan.Our company has passed by the ISO-9001 and ISO-9002 international system certifications in 1999 and 2003. The products developed by the joint efforts of our company and one German firm such as brass-wind instruments, jazz drums, snare drums as well as Yayue brand harmoniums have got the honorable tile of "Famous-brand products of Tianjin Municipal Government" in 2000, and also were put into the list of recommended famous-band products for nationwide education. Moreover, our company has become a director of China Association of Teaching Instrument nominated by the State Education Commission as well as the standing director unit of China Association of Musical Instruments. For its high quality, the zither developed by our company got silver medal award at the 7th Beijing International Musical Instrument Fair in May of 2003. The new-type harmonium has got the extensive recognition of domestic education circles in terms of its high quality and novel outlook and successfully applied for two patents. In addition, it is well received on the market with annual sales volume reaching 20,000 sets and 4 million Yuan. It only took us three months to have successfully developed the jazz drum with monthly output of 500-600 sets and 90% exported to other countries that realizes the annual value of 10 million Yuan. Our products find a good sale in such countries as U.S.A. , Japan , Australia , Italy , Germany , South Africa ,etc..　

Now, "Parrot" series products can be divided into keyboard and button two series over 20 specifications and more than 40 types. Meanwhile, we set up maintenance center and over 40 chartered sales and maintenance offices all over China.

The company has 660 staff under its employment , amongst whom there are 18 senior engineers, and 48 professional technicians. The headquarter of the Company is located at the newly emerging Industrial Garden of the Tianjin Jinghai Development Area (Block A). It is 15 kilometers to the downtown area of Tianjin, 40 kilometers to the Tianjin Port, and 30 kilometers to Tianjin International Airport.
